Together, we’ll assess those needs and develop a personalized training plan to guide the way. You’ll learn the why behind what we’ll be doing in future sessions, so you feel confident and prepared to tackle those big feelings.

If you chose to upgrade to a bundle, the cost of the Initial Consultation will be applied to the bundle price.
